In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and practitioners is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that same time. Additionally, many times our practitioners will be functioning in an “on call” status and have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our practitioners for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be offered an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Due to the nature of some of our services something unexpected can come up during service. As this does not happen often it can happen. If this happens we will try and give you a call to let you know and we will let you know upon arrival if this is the case. If this disrupts your schedule or we cannot accommodate your allotted appointment time we will reschedule your appointment with no fee.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs, this allows us the opportunity to prepare for your appointment and to make sure your appointment is customized to fit your needs.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. Innovative Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
In the event you purchase any of our skincare products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other skincare products or skincare services.
Due to the nature of our services we are unable to give refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us and we will do our very best to make the situation right.
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any skincare treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value.
